Training & Volunteering

We have been supporting volunteers, student placements and providing informal learning and development for over 5 years. Many of the participants from our adult training programmes have gone on to gain paid work and employment with over 85% of our most recent cohort achieving this or going on to further education.

This forms part of our ethos of supporting the whole family, not just children and young people. We offer adults 18+ a journey of development and personal growth, equipping them with the confidence, self-belief and basic skills they need to feel ready to go for interviews or back into work. This can be beneficial to the whole family, giving parents and carers a sense of purpose and the opportunity to earn a better income.

It can also help students and young adults who are studying or have recently gained qualifications but need experience to pass their course and/or find employment.
